There is a significant opportunity for Hungarian companies in Iran to set up a business partnership covering several segments of the economy. At the Hungarian-Iranian Business Forum, which was organized on the 27th February 2017 by the Hungarian National Trading House, the participating domestic enterprises had an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the features and specific business and investment opportunities of the Iranian market.
Trade between Hungary and Iran is showing a stable growth. The bilateral trade volume in 2015 amounted to nearly 30 million euros, which is the highest value of the past six years. According to the Hungarian National Trading House, the future of bilateral economic relations can be more dinamic in the future. About 60 Hungarian and Iranian businesses took part at the Hungarian-Iranian Business Forum.
